Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data One Person Hedge Fund collects through onepersonhedgefund.com and what we do with it. The site is run by Calum Windeatt, who is the data controller. Contact: calum@onepersonhedgefund.com.

What we collect

• Discovery call bookings. The details you enter in the booking form (such as your name and email). Bookings are handled by Calendly.
• Emails you send us. Whatever you choose to include.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site. If error reporting is switched on, crash reports are sent to Sentry and do not include your email.

Why, and on what basis

We handle bookings and emails to respond to you (legitimate interests), and keep technical logs to keep the site secure (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Only the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf. We never sell your data. Some of these providers are based outside the UK and use recognised safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Booking records and emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing calum@onepersonhedgefund.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar, provided by Calendly, may set its own cookies when it loads. The portfolio page remembers your light or dark mode choice and the P&L at your last visit in your own browser; this never leaves your device.
